Association Committees

The Communications Committee focuses on issues and initiatives related to newsletters, articles, and written documents to enhance the knowledge of members on issues of provider compensation and contracting.  The current members include the following:

• Angi Gibbs – Director of Physician Compensation at Vidant Health
• Brad Goshorn – Director of Provider Services at Adams Health Network
• KC Schaefer – Physician Compensation and Contracting Compliance Manager at Kettering Health Network
• Meghann Barger – Sr. Compensation Program Manager at Northwest Permanente P.C.

The Membership Committee will focus on issues and initiatives related to recruitment of members, orientation of members, retention of members, and support of members in the Association. The current members include the following:

• Alex Krouse – Legal Counsel at Parkview Health
• Brian Newell – Vice President, Provider Contracting and Compensation at AMITA Health
• Margie Vaughn – Physician Compensation Manager at Emory

The Education and Programming Committee focuses on issues and initiatives related to webinars, conferences, education, and other offerings to enhance the knowledge of members on issues of provider compensation and contracting. The current members include the following:

• Sammi Brower – Physician Contract and Compensation Analyst at MercyOne Medical Group
• Nafis Hill – Director of Finance – Physician Compensation at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center

The Survey and Data Committee will focus on issues and initiatives related to survey development, use, and management as well as data specific issues and advice in relation to provider compensation and contracting. The current members include the following:
