The Authority in Provider Compensation and Workforce Strategy
The American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) is the national community for healthcare leaders responsible for designing, evaluating, and managing physician and advanced practice provider compensation and workforce strategies.
Provider Compensation
How organizations design and govern physician and APP pay, including salaries, incentives, productivity, call, and value components that align with access, quality, and financial sustainability.
Workforce Strategy
How organizations plan, structure, and deploy physicians and APPs to meet demand, ensure access to care, support recruitment and retention, and design care models for the future.

Martine Lacombe
Administrator
Martine Lacombe serves as the Administrator for AAPCP, overseeing membership, member communications, and the annual national conference.

Yasmeen Rustom
Marketing Coordinator
Yasmeen Rustom leads all marketing efforts for AAPCP, combining strategic insight with creative execution to strengthen the organization’s voice, engage its growing community, and elevate its presence as a national leader.

Conney Bespartochnyy
Credential Coordinator
As Credential Coordinator for the CPCV credential, I work closely with instructors to coordinate and support content delivery—from scheduling and recording sessions to editing and uploading course materials.
Our Vision & Mission
The mission of the AAPCP is to encourage collaboration and networking amongst provider compensation professionals; provide thought leadership and education and to serve as a public body of knowledge on provider compensation. Our Members support:
- Administrative processes by ensuring provider contracting, management, planning, recruitment, retention, and valuation are streamlined and efficient.
- Alignment by seeking to ensure providers and organizations are structurally and financially positioned to achieve mutual goals.
- Regulatory aspects by maintaining compliance with applicable Federal and State laws applicable to financial relationships with providers.
- Strategy by seeking to ensure providers and organizations are supported in an ever-changing health care delivery system focused on value-based care.
