The American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) is the nation’s largest nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to creating a community for individuals working in this space. Our Members come from community hospitals, AMCs, healthcare systems, medical practices, consulting, law, and valuation firms. Our Members
Our Members advise and lead organizations on provider compensation, contracting, planning, recruitment, retention, strategy, and valuation.
Our Members have many titles, including VP/Director of Provider Compensation, COO, and VP/Director of Provider Strategy, and they work in departments ranging from Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, or Operations. In addition, Members work as consultants, lawyers, or valuators.
