Nashville TN - April 26-27, 2027

The AAPCP Leadership Institute is an invitation-only program for experienced professionals and senior leaders shaping provider compensation and workforce strategy within their organizations. Unique EXPERIENCE

The Only Event Focused on Leaders

For the first time, leaders working in this highly specialized area will have a dedicated forum to strengthen their leadership capabilities, engage with peers facing similar challenges, and explore how provider compensation and workforce strategy can more effectively support organizational priorities.

  • Day 1: On Monday April 26th, the Leadership Institute will start at 11 AM with sessions ending at 6 PM.  An evening reception follows.
  • Day 2: On Tuesday April 27th, attendees will attend multiple general sessions starting at 8 AM and end the Leadership Institute with small group discussions, ending at 12 PM.
Built by leaders, for leaders, the AAPCP Leadership Institute fills a longstanding gap in leadership development for professionals guiding provider compensation and workforce strategy.

More Than a Conference

Participants will engage directly with leaders to discuss real-world organizational challenges, compare approaches across organizations, develop strategies, and build lasting relationships with peers leading provider compensation and workforce strategy.

“The greatest value comes from learning how other leaders are approaching the same complex issues. The Leadership Institute gives participants a rare opportunity to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and take away practical strategies they can apply immediately within their own organizations.”
